We recommend booking 6-12 months in advance, especially for popular dates like summer weekends. However, we often have availability for last-minute events - check with us!

I do. I have more than 20 years of design experience, and every print template is designed to match your event: your colors, names, date and theme.

Yes, included. Once you book, I cut your vals and surprise dance mix right away, so you have the final version weeks before the event and can rehearse with exactly what will play that night.

Yes, and it is included. Most people feel nervous dancing a full four-minute song in front of everyone, so I can edit your first dance, parent dances or any spotlight song down to about a minute and a half, or just under two minutes, without it sounding cut.

Our DJ services include professional sound system, extensive music library, wireless microphone, setup and breakdown, and consultation to plan your event timeline and music preferences.

Absolutely! We encourage you to create must-play and do-not-play lists. You'll have access to our client portal where you can build custom playlists using Spotify integration.

We have an extensive library spanning all genres and decades - from Top 40 and Hip Hop to Country, Rock, EDM, and everything in between. We'll work with you to match your musical preferences and keep your guests dancing.

We provide continuous music throughout your event. During scheduled breaks (dinner, speeches, etc.), we'll play carefully selected background music to maintain the atmosphere.

I bring backup equipment to every event, including spare speakers, microphones and a second laptop. In almost 20 years, I have never had to cancel an event because of equipment.

Yes! MC services are available for weddings and corporate events. We'll coordinate with your venue and vendors to keep your event running smoothly and make any necessary announcements.

Yes. DJ Xan works in English and Spanish, so announcements, MC work and the planning conversations can happen in either language or both. It makes a real difference at quinceañeras and bilingual weddings.

Yes. The print photo booth is available on its own or alongside any DJ package. Guests get a glossy print in seconds plus a QR code to the photos on their phone, and you receive the full gallery by email after the event.

A 50% deposit secures your date, and the balance is due 7 days before your event. Everything is paid online by card through a secure checkout.

Deposits and payments are non-refundable. If you need to move your event, I will apply what you have paid to a new date, as long as that date is available.
